Horses for youth

On 6^th November 2006, another international exhibition of art works, awarded at five international competitions of The World of Art magazine, on the theme "Horses", was opened in kindergarten "Dečja radost" in Pančevo. Because of special demands of the gallery the exhibition captured art works of young authors up to the age of 10. The exhibition was opened in scope of municipality festival of Pančevo, in the halls, established as a result of "an example of Mr. Lišanin's work", as academic painter Emil Sfera said at the opening of the exhibition. Kindergarten "Dečja radost" from Pančevo, in its warm humane rooms, raises and takes care of 2200 children from this city and last year it was 120 years since Mrs. Marija Radosavljević had donated the building for charity reasons in 1885, where the management and one part of the kindergarten are situated now. The exhibition was opened by Mrs. Suzana Jovanović, leader of the department for social activities of Municipality Pančevo. The director of kindergarten "Dečja radost", Mrs. Tanja Dubajić Gačić also greeted the visitors. It is evident that "Horses", although it has been five years, since the last international competition on this theme ended, keep on inspiring and delighting new enthusiasts of these beautiful animals and young people's art works, with their unique art solutions. Another opportunity for this enjoyment will manifest on December 21st 2006 in Gallery Krka in Ljubljana, on Dunajska Road, where art solutions of young artists from all over the world will be presented at the largest exhibition on this theme in Slovenia so far.
