Messages on glass and ceramics of Art Gymnasium      In april 2007, the Gallery of Young People's Art Works in Celje, Slovenia, set an exhibition of the first and second grade students of "Gimnazija Celje-Center" (Art Gymnasium), titled "Messages on glass and ceramics". The project was made in scope of presentation techniques classes, in cooperation with School centre Rogaška Slatina and ceramic industry Kili Liboje, under supervision of Mojca Šmit, university graduated industrial designer. At the grand opening ceremonial students presented their creating course of glass and ceramic artifacts, beginning with work sketches, and described the effects of fire, colours, glass and clay symbioses. The exhibition was opened by "Gimnazija Celje-Center" (Art Gymnasium) principal, Mr. Igor Majerle. Unique artifacts of glass and ceramics have brought many visitors to our gallery and inspired them with its agitated decorations. |
