In the framework of celebration of municipal festival of the city Montana in Bulgaria and traditional International folklore festival in this city The Gallery of Young People’s Art Works set an exhibition of an award wining art works from authors up to the age of 20 from International competition of magazine The World of Art on the subject Who am I? Who my people are? Exhibition was held in the city gallery "Kutlovica" by the Association of Artists from Montana by the name of "Tenec". Exhibition opening was a fruit of collaboration of several years between "Reni Art Centre" for art education of youth in Montana lead by Reni Petrova and the magazine The World of Art. Magazine The World of Art has in past years set many exhibitions from its archives in this city and among others also an exhibition at gallery opening in a reading club "Razum", whose renovation was financed by UNESCO. Because of all that the founder of the magazine The World of Art, the first gallery for young people in Slovenia and the international competition for the young people Mihailo Lišanin was awarded with Honorable sign of city Montana which is after an Honorable citizen the second greatest recognition of the city. Mihailo Lišanin is the second foreigner in history of Montana who received such a high recognition of this city. Recognition was given to the prizeman on behalf of the city on the exhibition opening ceremony by Zlatko Živkov, the mayor of the city Montana. On this occasion, as a sign of respect and good cooperation on promoting art creativity of young people from all over the world, gave Mihailo Lišanin monography and arms of the city Celje as a gift to Zlatko Živkov, Reni Petrova and Nely Vasileva, higher counselor for culture and religions of municipality of Montana.
